To achieve our vision we aim to develop the character and competence of every individual and their commitment to their community.

We passionately embrace learning and are committed to every child and young person within our care. We are determined they reach their full potential, and get the best start developing holistically across every area of their lives. Be part of our journey to exceptional

In 2014 30% of our inspected academies were judged to be ‘Good’ or better by Ofsted, we are now pleased to say that our sustained improvement rate has risen to 81%. With 81% of secondaries and all-throughs inspected rated ‘Good’ or better, we are above national average. We need people with an unwavering belief in our vision to join us on our journey to exceptional.

Continual professional development

Working so strongly within small regions means additional professional development. Staff benefit from annual regional conferences and precise school to school support throughout the year to share best practice. This not only ensures our staff are the very best of the best, but also so our children receive the very best entitlement, regardless of which Oasis classroom they are in.

Getting to grips with the new school year

Starting a new school, or even going into the next year of school can be a very difficult process for children and teenagers. At Oasis we try our best to create a challenging yet nurturing environment for our learners, but there are some easy ways to support your children at home that will help with those settling-in nerves.

Managing those results day nerves

Are you expecting results this summer? In this helpful article we lay out why you might feel stressed, how that effects you and ways you can manage it well.

Creating a culture of shared learning: benefits of the classroom community

Throughout our academies, our young people are taught about their local communities connected with our Hubs, and their global communities both in and out of Oasis. But what if we think closer to home; to where our young people spend their time during the week. Let’s talk classroom community.
